A lot of issues behind closed doors

The good things- Flexible with taking days off - Discounted coffee with a coffee shop nearby - Occasional free snacks on Friday afternoons - There are a few friendly staff around - Not expected to work overtime

The challenges- Turnover rate is high - Pay is under the industry average by a lot - No room for career advancement or pay rise - Excessive workload and the management is appalling - Staff feedback is ignored and brushed aside - No proper training or support, forced to figure it out on your own most times
