    NEMNT is a great place to work whether you are starting off in your career or changing jobs.
    The good thingsLots of stuff. 1. The office culture (e.g. birthday celebrations, YE and calendar YE dinners, team bonding activities out of the office) 2. The people (great team members and the leadership by the audit manager and partner), 3. The training and development sessions (both in house presentations and external) 4. The work experience itself with review sessions. 5. Fair pay with yearly increase
    The challengesBetter handling client pressure to complete jobs when the delay is from them. This has more to do with clients than the firm.

    The good thingsThe people are lovely. The work culture and environment is great. There are opportunities to grow in one's career and management are supportive.
    The challengesHonestly, nothing. Regardless of how busy for example we get during audit, the audit partner will always put staff family commitment first.
