    The good thingsNew offices and equipment. Staff parking on site.
    The challengesImpossible workload and deadlines. No extra support when needed. No transparency on issues affecting staff.

    The reality is far removed from the ideal.
    The good thingsNew large and bright premises, updated equipment, staff parking. Professional friendly staff.
    The challengesManagement being out of touch with the day to day issues. Focus on quantity and profits and not quality. Forever changing procedures to accommodate particular staff inadequacies. Regular exceptions to procedures due to demands of doctors. Demoralising environment with no focus on employee satisfaction or support. Little to no prospects of career progression.
