    Awesome employer and work culture.
    The good thingsExcellent work culture. Great people, management, innovative tech and good music is always playing. Friday drinks in the staff room each week with the team is also a highlight! Lots of opportunities for career development.
    The challengesCan be a steep learning curve for some initially to learn the business, but there is lots of support and communication, and in the end very rewarding.
