    Recommend people avoid this organisation until they have addressed the problems
    The good thingsBelow executive level are some amazing teams doing really fantastic work.
    The challengesInexperienced and incompetent leadership - very poor governance knowledge and implementation that did not support staff growth or staff retention. Leaders would not spend time getting to know their work areas and supporting consolidation. Executives experiencing rapid leadership movement leaving middle managers holding the fort.
