    Think before you act
The good thingsWhile work flexibility is valuable, it can also lead to an overwhelming workload.
The challengesThe senior management lacks adequate support for the team, often prioritizing their own interests. I do not feel valued within the organization, and there is a noticeable lack of job security. Additionally, the team leads demonstrate a level of immaturity that affects the overall work environment.

    Mediocrity reigns supreme
The good thingsNot much other than the larger iconic projects
The challengesHaving a company who talks the talk about being leading edge and innovative and striving for the best. The reality was that being the best at your role didn’t not help you progress. Upper management was content with mediocrity and it showed with how they promoted people.

    Unhealthy culture and not progressive
The good thingsSome of the team members were awesome to work with.
The challengesThe culture is one that is not progressive, forward thinking or supportive. The environment lacks new ideas and ways of thinking, accept the status quo seems to be the go to.

A good workplace that needs just a few tweeks to be a fantastic one.
The good thingsNDY gets good work in, and has good people working for it. They pay well, and provide almost everything you could ask for.
The challengesNDY has a very odd way of doing things: they QA everything (which is good) - but there is no-one available to do the QA - so everything goes out late. This is stressful in the extreme, especially if you pride yourself on client service. They need to invest in QA staff if they want to maintain this level of product review.
