    high staff turnover should tell you all you need to know
    The good thingsgetting paid and meeting some staff but they have now all left
    The challengesno management support. barely any decent training. treated like a number rather than a person. preach family values but they don't even remember your name. want you to make the place busy but when you do you get blamed for booking too much in. contradict themselves. only care about profit and not the customer. hire techs that shouldn't be working on cars. majority of staff only working here while they wait for something else

    Under staffed (again, high employee turnover), Over worked, Under valued, Under paid. Zero flexibility in work. WFH or Hybrid never an option. There's nothing like a team day. Only Christmas lunch that's once a year. Join if you have to. Good Luck!
    The good thingsNothing to like in particular apart from the team. Made some cherished friends.
    The challengesLowest possible pay. No increment in 2 yrs. Did more than I was supposed to still zero recognition. Everyday I was asked to work overtime without pay. Employee Turnover Ratio is off the charts. Cash is king, they don't value Finance and accounting staff - always expandable. Zero perks. Useless HR.

    The challengesThe salary is too low for an experienced diesel mechanic and management is not interested in providing up-skill programs.

    The good thingsFamily is important you're well looked after and supported in variety ways and he boss is always available should you need him for any reason.
    The challengesalways learning everyday is the biggest challenge but also the most enjoyable for me
