Management and CEO need to respect their workforce
The good thingsThe kitchen and time out room for rest
The challengesManagement and CEO have no idea on health or care about outcomes. Staff are not appreciated and a high turn over of employees.

A great company to work for, and build great relationships.
The good thingsThe great working environment and passionate team environment. Bring your dogs to work on Fridays and the organisation has social clubs often.
The challengesThe organisation could be better located, as not very close to public transport.

Difficult. People are mostly nice but either don’t have the skills or lack clarity in what their role is supposed to deliver.
The good thingsColleagues were mostly nice, lots of social activities, bring your dog to work policy is great, some flexibility depending on manager
The challengesExecutive management with no experience and no direction, huge differences between teams where inexperienced managers micromanage and disengaged managers don’t lead - and no one does anything about either of those things. And bad behaviour is ignored because people aren’t skilled in managing people or having difficult conversations.

    I would not recommend.
The good thingsThe ability to bring your dog to work and the annual leave, if you're able to take it
The challengesIncompetent, unqualified and unskilled executive management team who reward loyalty rather than ability.

A confusion of roles and delegations with poor leadership.
The good thingsWorking with health providers and having abundant money. You will go to many many morning teas...
The challengesA CEO who appears to not have any qualifications in health and senior executive who are secretive, under-skilled and cannot delegate. Poor comms internally across departments.

Working here was highly stressful, frustrating and unsatisfying.
The good thingsComraderie amongst colleagues. Working alongside really fantastic and passionate people.
The challengesManagement. Senior Executive Level Management, unsupportive, consistently undermining staff, lacking the appropriate skills and qualifications for their roles. Dissatisfaction with management is rampant throughout NT PHN.

Could be so much better if HR really listened to the staff and developed a workplace culture around that
The good thingsThe colleagues The provision for technology and software to meet our needs - some other workplaces are stingy about software Benefits such as annual leave and stand down
The challengesNo succession planning Senior Executives Not looking for staff inwardly - or showing capacity to train staff
