    Challenging and fulfilling
    The good thingsWhat I have enjoyed most is helping people find jobs and supporting them to stay employed. It is rewarding to see the positive difference that work makes in their lives and to be part of their journey to greater independence and confidence.
    The challengesOne area for improvement is increasing openness and communication with staff. It would be beneficial if there was more regular and clear communication about what is happening, to ensure everyone is informed and can work together effectively.

    Not good but definitely not bad. Just needs to be the right fit for the right person.
    The good thingsIt was close to home, great salary and hours. Lovely direct manager and middle manager.
    The challengesYou were not told everything which quite often made doing your job difficult. Small office with everyone sitting on top of each other made it quite a stressful working environment. It wouldn't suit someone from a larger company.
