    It was the best of times it was the worst of times - pay was at the low end of $40k!
    The good thingsThe people I worked with and the clients - I cannot say enough great things about Novita. Yes I am no longer there, wish I was but sadly I am not.
    The challengesI had a problem with getting enough proper training - mine was a different case from what I heard.
