Looking for a stable career with development and growth opportunities, Do not work here.
The good thingsThey have a clear vision of what needs to be done, but struggle to maintain consistency in following through.
The challengesThis organisation experiences ongoing HR challenges. Staff are often hired and placed without sufficient consideration of their experience, qualifications, or skill sets. There is frequent movement of staff to fill gaps, resulting in a lack of stability within roles. Career growth and progression are difficult when employees report to four or five different managers within a single year. These issues are compounded by poor workforce planning at senior leadership level, frequent restructures and redundancies, a top-heavy management structure, and ineffective HR practices.

The company operates with a constant churn of structural changes, employees come and go, while management remains insulated and protected. Career growth is nonexistent; unless you’re part of the leadership circle, your position is precarious. Once budgets tighten, non-managerial staff are the first to be pushed out. The entire system is dysfunctional.
    The good thingsReasonably competitive remuneration.
The challengesThe organization suffers from insular management, weak leadership, and chronic budgetary mismanagement. Employees face a lack of support, career development, and progression opportunities, fostering a toxic culture of disengagement and avoidance of accountability. Many so-called 'leaders' manipulate company values to create a façade of competence while contributing little. Further compounding the issues, management perpetuates misinformation and spreads divisive rumors, wrongfully attributing workplace dysfunction to employees' supposed 'lack of cultural fit.

The good thingsThe diversity in work (numerous industries & issues). The people generally and there commitment both internal and external to improved environmental outcomes.
The challengesThe volume of work versus staffing levels and tight timeframes. And the token consultation by management.

Good place to work, plenty of opportunities to develop a career

The challengesThe organisation needs to work hard to become more professional and efficient, there are currently too many managers and not enough people that actually do the important work.
