    Supportive work environment. Amazing mentorship and inspiring principal dentist.
    The good thingsThe team is really supportive. The staff and dentists are constantly checking on each other which is really lovely. Most of things are done in-house; hence, the DA gets lots of hand-on experience and gets to learn a lot from the practice and Dr Anna Kanter (the principal dentist).
    The challengesThe usual challenges of providing dental care such as long hours and tricky cases but these are well managed by Dr. Kanter and her team.

    Oceanview Dental is a fantastic team to be part of!
    The good thingsIt is the perfect job to be in if you are hoping to be the best you can in your specific role. Dr Anna Kanter is a great boss and mentor and wants each and every one of her staff members to exceed and be the best that they can be.
    The challengesLike any job there are challenges. One being the long hours, but with a supportive team and positive environment everyone gets each other through the day.
