    Poor culture with unrealistic time frames quality of work suffering due to being rushed all day to meet unrealistic deadlines would steer well clear

    Worst experience of my life and not the only one they go through 4 reception staff a year no one will last here don’t waste your time

    The good thingsSome of the trades out on site were decent but most were either coming to the end of the working life or young know it all apprentice
    The challengesOwner stuck in the 70,s with designs culture,plant & machinery which all required replacing .
