    Overall a great and supportive place to work, with minor areas for exec improvement.
    The good thingsGreat people, with a relaxed and inclusive culture. Interesting and diverse work for the most part. Salaries are slightly above market average, but professional development budget and employee wellbeing offerings are well above standard.
    The challengesStronger direction and support from senior management is needed but has also been acknowledged and actively improved on.

    Wouldn't bother. Find somewhere else.
    The good thingsNot much to say that was good. The guys actually doing the work were great.
    The challengesManager made a lot of promises and didn't follow through. GM was narcissistic and had zero care for staff beyond his little clique.
