    Challenging, rewarding and a great company to work for.
    The good thingsHiring policies at OTH must be very strict, as the people I work with are all of a high caliber and very competent. Not only this, I believe Onthehouse takes pride in hiring people with excellent communication skills and social aptitude. The CEO is open with company proceedings and the CTO is not only one of the more intelligent people I've met, but also very down to earth.
    The challengesFinishing at four o'clock on a Friday and given beers and try NOT to go out all night.
