The challengesCan't really think of any challenges. The pay could be slightly higher but everything else is great.

Work in Ord Minnett if you do not have a life outside of work.
The good thingsOrd Minnett is a good place to learn the processes.
The challengesOne of the biggest challenge is work life balance. They DO NOT believe in it. Working over time without being paid for that time goes without saying and it is considered very normal. All the internal systems they use for managing day to day work are extremely outdated.

Perfect company for either a stepping stone the finance industry with work life balance.
The good thingsThe work life balance is great. Team leaders and managers are very supportive. Great first role to get yourself into the finance industry, due to the size of the firm, you get expose to a lot of different financial products that will provide you with an immense amount of knowledge. It is also a great opportunity for you to explore what your interests are and pursue that.
The challengesThe major challenge is how long can you love the job with the low pay.
