Third rate management, third world quality designs and products. A hollow shell of what they once were.
The good thingsThe only good thing about this dysfunctional disaster is leaving.
The challengesIncompetent management growing more entrenched and incompetent daily. Promotions awarded only to sycophants, talented knowledgeable people are despised and ostracised . Absolute disdain for the frontline workers who actually bring in the bulk of the revenue. A real burn 'em and churn 'em attitude.

I'm in awe of the way people were treated.
The good thingsThe toilets were clean
The challengesI'm totally amazed that in this day and age people are treated with such disrespect and disregard. You're not even just a number here you're lower. Stay well away from this mob.

By far the worst experience I've ever had
The good things- Site visits, interstate and local - Interesting projects in water treatment in different geographies
The challenges- Very toxic work environment where people reported each other to management without addressing things with them directly - Far too much politics - Management liked to blame others when things went awry - HR was very unsupportive when issues were brought to their attention

    Would not recommend.
The good thingsAutonomy to make the role your own.
The challenges- Secondment contracts which are not designed in the employees best interest. They are also complicated and hard to decipher which has led to a systemic unpleasant culture throughout the organisation.

Please do yourself a favor and don't waste your time! Unless you like working away all the time and doing long hours for an average salary (paid monthly?!) - avoid!
The good thingsI honestly cant think of anything...
The challengesYou are thrown in the deep end with minimal training, zero structure and you follow excel spreadsheets to service treatment plants... in 2020? As a service technician/hands on rolls, you are "easily replaceable" as stated by management, hence the high turnover of skilled workers.

I now know what it feels like to be treated as a resource instead of an individual.
The good thingsIf autonomy in your roll is something you like Osmoflo would be the company to work for, as up line management in put is practically non existent. In fairness to the individuals involved, that is likely due to there individual work loads being excessive and there qualifications for the roles they hold being inadequate. The challenging variety of work and friendly staff was also a high point.
The challengesPoor organisation and lack of direction Poorly equipped to complete tasks . Poor remuneration for hours worked.
