    The challengesThe system and processes are still from the 1990s, with Toxic Senior Management and an Operational Team all waiting for their redundancy packages to be handed to them.

    The good thingsGreat company with excellent pay. If you put in the effort and fulfill your responsibilities, you'll find satisfaction in your work. However, if you focus on complaining without taking action, dissatisfaction is likely to follow.
