A good place to start your career. After 3 to 5 years, people need to realise that it is time to move out.
The good thingsThey offer jobs to anyone who is walking in front of their office. In this way, you will have a job but no job satisfaction.
The challenges1. Forget career progression. 2. Staff remain stagnant for 15 to 20 years in the same role. 3. Senior Management does not listen to feedback & is very head-office centric.

The challengesmarket development, a lot of connections and also connected with ethnical background in doing business ,some senior staff should seek more innovative way in doing business and explore new comers in the industry, not just stick with the old cliche of business norms

Low pay, low quality, run as a family business
The good thingsAs the management structure is poor, as long as the client is happy you won’t hear from upper management.
The challengesPacific are known to underbid for building management contracts so in turn pay their staff low. They seem to win a lot of contracts from this system but always have a high turn over of staff- as people find better salaries elsewhere.
