Pall Aerospace - a truely damaging personal experience
The good thingsNot much, working from home during covid and also being considered an essential worker.
The challengesCompany acts with zero integrity. No accountability for poor management within the Australian aerospace business with zero support from local HR lead. A truly damaging experience.

Good overall. Ease up on the micromanagement...
The good thingsEstablished company where the products have stood the test of time. Good salary and performance based bonuses which are generous. Pall Corp is part of the Danaher Group which is famous for processes. The people are lovely.
The challengesIt felt like a “sales factory”. Very little new product development, training and no marketing strategic plans. Micromanaged.

The challengesThe workload can be grueling, no matter how it is distributed. Limited Support. Expected to fend for yourself a lot.

It was fun whilst it lasted.
The good thingsIT was excellent, proactive in most part but reactive in some things
The challengesKnowledge wasn't easily shared, communication was poor from management on goals, direction and resolving issues. Staff who left weren't replaced and workload distribution for no extra reward was handled poorly. Too many \"entrenched\" staff who had fiefdoms that would not share or play well with others.
