    The good things- Great work life balance - Site construction team (supervisor, tardies, administration) - Beautifull environment - Wildlife
    The challenges- sometime long process to get some materials but it is okay

    I’m still waiting for wages and entitlements to be paid.
    The good thingsNot many great things to report. Although when things are good they can be rewarding but so much uncertainty and insecurity doesn’t provide for a good working environment
    The challengesThe uncertain nature of what is required. No structure, often changing goal posts of what’s your trying to achieved
