A company where I would love to go back if I get a chance.
The good thingsWorking at Panasonic has been an awesome experience. The culture is positive and people are genuinely treated with respect. The pay is solid too, which definitely helps. What I love most is the teamwork—there’s this great mix of experienced veterans and talented young professionals, and everyone works together really well. It makes the place feel energetic, supportive, and always moving forward. Overall, it’s a great company with good people and a great vibe.
The challengesLike any workplace, Panasonic isn’t completely free from challenges. Every company has a few difficult personalities, and sometimes management has to stay neutral to keep things stable—especially when small issues can turn into ego-driven conflicts. It’s not ideal, but it’s also something you’ll find anywhere. The good thing is that Panasonic actually tries to manage this in a structured way. There are clear policies, proper reporting channels, and a case‑by‑case approach to handling any toxic behaviour. So while tough personalities exist—as they do in any business—the company does make an effort to keep things fair and address issues when they come up.

Exciting, cutting‑edge aviation tech environment with great teamwork and outstanding career growth.
The good thingsIt has been a great opportunity to work with modern technologies and innovative solutions. The culture promotes knowledge‑sharing, teamwork, and ongoing personal development. I have really enjoyed being at the cutting edge of technology advances in Aviation In Flight Entertainment. I enjoy working closely with my airline customers.

Hostile environment, lack of team culture, and inexperienced management, I would not recommend it.
The good thingsMy experience at Panasonic Sydney was challenging and not particularly positive overall; however, I’m grateful for the opportunity it provided to step into a different industry and broaden my professional experience.
The challengesMy experience at Panasonic Sydney was challenging due to the lack of team culture, a hostile working environment, insufficient training, limited time to properly learn the role, and significant pressure during the probation period. This was further impacted by management lacking hands-on experience.

A challenging and rewarding role that has allowed me to grow professionally.
The good thingsI’ve really enjoyed my role at Panasonic, especially being part of the day-to-day operations and supporting the team to keep things running smoothly. I like the hands-on nature of the work and the trust placed in me to handle challenges as they arise. Working closely with engineers, airline partners, and different teams has been rewarding, particularly during busy or critical situations where teamwork makes a real difference. I’ve enjoyed solving problems, supporting the team on the ground, and knowing that our work directly contributes to safe and reliable operations. Overall, it’s been a positive and fulfilling experience that has helped me grow professionally and build strong working relationships.
The challengesSome of the challenges relate to managing workload during peak operational periods and balancing multiple priorities at the same time. With different customers, schedules, and compliance requirements, things can move very quickly, which sometimes puts pressure on planning and resources. There is also room to improve communication and alignment across teams, especially when changes happen at short notice. Clearer timelines, earlier visibility of upcoming tasks, and more structured handovers would help reduce last-minute pressure and allow teams to work more efficiently. Overall, these are areas where small improvements in coordination, resourcing, and forward planning could make a noticeable difference to day-to-day operations and team wellbeing.
