The worst experience I have had in whole my professional life. Never go to this company if you look for growing in your profession.
The good thingsThere is no good thing about this company, trust me. You will be experiencing the worst management (if you can call it management) ever seen. They are uneducated without having basic knowledge of how to manage a team.
The challengesThe people are nothing for this company. I have experienced any kind of disrespectful behavior imagined by the management. Their data and their process are funny and consequently their KPIs process is kind of joke established on the unfair base.

Best career move working at Parker Hannifin Australia. My efforts and experience are appreciated and recognised.
The good thingsPassionate group of people who take pride in their work and enjoy interacting with each other. My direct manager and the executive leadership team value my contribution and inspire me to progress.
The challengesGrasping the global matrix structure which is getting easier over time.

If you want to take your career back in time, it might be the place for you - good luck!
The good thingsLarge range of innovative products in their portfolio. Small group of good, honest people doing their best with the resources on hand.
The challengesToxic, negative workplace culture and atmosphere. Management lacks maturity, any solid business acumen and leadership. Dysfunctional and fragmented, internal departments work against each other to meet KPI's. This creates a lot of division, grandstanding and point proving. Outdated systems, processes and way of thinking, reactive and lagging behind the times. Corporate agenda is No 1 regardless of affect on employees and customers.

Bad workplace culture due to poor management and leadership.
The good thingsOnsite parking and occasional BBQ lunch. Most Co-workers are decent people and good to work with.
The challengesNo role rotation so chances are you will be stuck doing the same job every day. Working hard and showing initiative will get you nowhere. Wasting time will get some workers ridiculous amounts of unnecessary overtime.

Truly traumatising work experience. Would not recommend
The good thingsThe money. That's literally it.
The challengesEveryday was a challenge. Incompetent management who had never been on the tools. False promises. Unrealistic expectations. Management not present at all and would only communicate with you if they wanted something or if you hadn't chased up a purchase order. No stock. Broken down trucks. And you'd get thrown under the bus at any given opportunity, even if it was nothing to do with you.

The good thingsGreat company to work for. Great benefits and work life balance. The opportunity for advancement if your willing to work hard. Mostly a great team of people.
The challengesThe employees. Big company so alot of different personalities in the one location. Management fudged figures to make themselves look good. Also gets nasty when redundancies are happening.
