    The good thingsA few friendly and helpful staff members.
    The challengesThe company is suffering financially, so a lot of staff have resigned, or have had their hours reduced, which means there are staff members who are doing two or three different jobs at one time as they cannot afford to put on extra staff.

    The good thingsThe People you work with is by far the best thing about this place, everyone has a good bubbly personality, and your managers are really supportive and give clear instructions on what to achieve.
    The challengesYou have to be prepared to do this job and have to have a good work ethic, you are cold calling people so it can be difficult to keep your motivation and it can also be quite repetitive as you are doing the same thing over and over again. And if you can handle someone being rude to you over the phone it’s probably not the job for you.
