It is a very stressful job. You have to have a thick skin to deal with the public and not take things personally.
The good thingsGrateful to have a fulltime job A good manager
The challengesThe rate of pay is way below the current rate. The rate that PH change policies is not good. Very stressful. Dealing with the public is very demanding. There are some lovely patients as well

    Great opportunity to do better.
The good thingsGreat clinic, great doctors and nurses and good facilities offered by the client. Workforce is generally very good.
The challengesRequirement to pay for ridiculous training that isn’t a core requirement of the job. Baseline was learning, but not receptive to taking advice from SME’s.

Waste of my time The most disorganised organisation I have ever encountered. They are constantly advertising for staff, yet they are unable to provide any work for those already signed up and ready to go. Absolute waste of time.

I would advise not to work there manager's don't care about you and work you to into the ground. If I could give 0 stars I would
The good thingsThe job it self was easy but I was way over worked and left alot on my own to run the place
The challengesBeing left quite alot by the supervisor so she could have coffee with her family and go away on work trips as she was friends with the boss. Got the supervisor upsetting me and giving me a hard time and manager did nothing so I left. This job always comes up as they can't hold onto staff

Grateful and Blessed to be working with Partnered Health
The good thingsWorking with Partnered Health is truly a blessing. I am fortunate to have incredibly supportive and humble superiors who consistently recognize my strengths and are always available to assist me in areas where I need improvement.
The challengesI wouldn’t say I dislike it, but the challenges stem from the constant changes in policies and procedures, which is understandable given that the business is continuously evolving.

Hard work, long hours and no reward.
The good thingsThe one & only good thing about this company are your close working companions. Partnered Health are a multi million dollar company who know nothing about how to treat or keep their staff. The pay does not come close to rewarding the hard work that is expected from you.
The challengesTotally unapproachable upper management who know nothing about running medical practices & only interested in the almighty dollar.

    Needs to be better
The good thingsSome patients can be a delight to work with. Networking opportunities were fantastic, as were majority of the staff!
The challengesManagement are very self serving and don't seem to care too much about their employees. Understaffed always, and having to come in when sick. Long hours and lots of them. Old outdated technology and everything is constantly broken with no budget to fix.

It's a good place to work for students, new migrants and graduates except if you will be a manager.
The good thingsVery good environment, Great managers except new one. Very friendly and nice people.
The challengesThey don't care about people who work there especially moneywise, they never raise the salary and don't care if people leave the company. Just managers care about themselves.

Absolutely blessed to love my team, my manager and my role!
The good thingsI have not been this happy in a role for many years. I am blessed to be surrounded by an amazing team locally my immediate manager is truly amazing and supportive. All departments are spread out nationally yet still manage to work very well together. From contact centre to medical centres to finance to HR, there is a great sense of team work across the board. The upper management team are great with communication and always encourage new ideas and give credit where credit is due.
The challengesThere are always coordination issues to be expected with large national/international companies however, Fullerton seems to make it work more often than not.

Opportunities to grow with the company
The good thingsThe people who work at the company are easy to get along with, friendly, and helpful. We are provided with employee benefits through a system called Flare which gives good discounts. A lot of improvement over the past few years within the company. I was provided with career development which gave me an opportunity for a promotion.
The challengesWorkloads can sometimes be heavy, however the team I work in support one another and will offer assistance.

The good thingsThe company is constantly encouraging further learning and training. There is an importance on fostering a healthy staff morale. Support for all levels of employees and contractors is always available. Everyone within the company is approachable and helpful.
The challengesGoing from a small company to a big company was challenging at first but we now have constant support and backing from every department.

My experience is that I use Seek a lot to recruit and I feel Fullerton aspire to be an employer of choice for staff and doctors and are doing a pretty good job.
The good thingsI came across these negative reviews and I feel it unfairly portrays this organisation, especially in the Medical Centre division, as Fullerton have inspirational shared values and it comes from the top of the organisation.
The challengesHealth is challenging to work in, but if you get it right is is so rewarding and Fullerton Health Medical Centres seems to get it right 99.9% of the time from where I sit.

I have enjoyed my work experience within Fullerton Health, hard work is recognized, management are supportive when required and overall it's a friendly and person-centred company.
The good thingsGreat working environment (i.e. collaborative as a team, work together to achieve a common goal), supportive management and room for growth.
The challengesSometimes there can be lack of support, especially because it is such a highly stressful profession/area of work.
