    Toxic work environment
    The good thingsPaid salaries on time and fair remuneration. Constant inflow of work.
    The challengesCompany culture is toxic, operational flaws and often dismissive when improvements are suggested. Requests from Operations and higher management refused. Expect Project Managers to do hard labour and long hours. Management is dismissive and crude. High possibility of workplace inconsistencies
