    The good thingsPenola Catholic College has an exceptional leadership team and a warm, inviting staff culture. My colleagues are not only supportive but also incredibly talented, and I’ve quickly formed genuine friendships here. I couldn’t recommend it more highly!
    The challengesThe challenges involve pushing for excellence in our work as a team. It is both challenging and inspiring to work towards the goal of excellence each day.

    A lovely leadership school experience
    The good thingsA great cohort of students and teachers, approachable leadership peers.
    The challengesSome projects were requested by students and teachers but were not able to be taken forward due to high costs and lack of suitability for a school environment.

    The good things- Outstanding Principal group; highly supportive of entire community and all very hands on, really know what's happening in the College - Principal class sets high standards and always follows through - Excellent pastoral programs for Students - A variety of enrichment opportunities for students in many areas - A collaborative, mutually respectful working environment across all areas of the College - Inclusive community
