The good thingsThe People I work with, and the Volunteers I meet are the best. Everyone is there for the same reason and doing their best to achieve our goals of keeping the elderly in their homes for as long as we can.

One of the most challenging and frustrating organisations I have ever worked with.
The good thingsThe flexibility to work from different locations. Great people at the lower levels.
The challengesCEO is inconsistent and has an autocratic management style. There is no direction and it is not an organisation that nurtures or develops it's staff. Many managers want total control over their area and refuse to work with others as a team. This organisation is still operating as a small business but the executive team refuse to allow the organisation to evolve. Good people come and go as they soon realise their skills and knowledge won't be appreciated or utilised.

[email protected]It is unfortunate that your experience with us is rated as low.People Who Care do value the opinions of our staff and volunteers. As we do not know why you left us, we are unable to properly respond to your review. Our salary range though is aligned to the SCHADS award and an annual bonus paid to staff for performance together with our zero interest loans scheme, family flexible approach to working arrangements and additional annual leave day at Christmas we believe we offer competitive benefits. W wish you luck in your future endeavours.
