The challengesThe site had been neglected for many years by previous management. Since new Managers (GM + HR and now new and better leaders coming in) we feel safer, more engaged and can see huge improvement in every area at PTW.
There has been a huge improvement in the past 18 months leaving its workers to feel invigorated and engaged.
Cannot wait to see what the future brings for this site.
