    Quite good, but flaws that affect efficiency.
    The good thingsHas wonderful managers and coworkers. Great staff discount! High standards on cleanliness and organisation, making it well presented and easier to work with. Good POS system to work with.
    The challengesCramped store. The kids section particularly is too small, and ends up becoming disorganised quickly. Too many different designs/fabrics/patterns with high turnover, making it difficult to meet customers needs, especially in Christmas rush.

    The good thingsDiscount is the only good thing about this cruel and toxic work environment
    The challengesThis was the worst company I have ever worked for, I still have nightmares about working here. I have only just been able to get back into the workforce after having to take 6months off due to how mentally low I was after working here. The AM are all nasty and cruel. they will do anything and say anything to make you feel lie you are bad at your job. They also take photos and videos with out your consent.

    great christmas casual or first job experience, but with poor pay
    The good thingsGreat atmosphere, and employees are all super nice. (obviously might vary depending on what store)The perks are really good, with 50% off all clothing items, and 70% off 2 sets. you get about 15 items per month and more in the christmas period.
    The challengesI am 15 so I only get $11.... which is not alot for the work I'm required to do. The management was also poorly done, and joining the company their communication skills lacked

    The brand draws you in but the Snr Management team poison the culture and make you want to leave

    The challengesThe Senior Regional Manager needs to retire and let someone with a positive mindset take over and the VM team are a bunch a of mean girls. The brand is amazing but the QLD ops team are toxic.
