Soul destroyed by toxic and narcissistic management
The good thingsThe friends I made, some of the people and leaving the place behind
The challengesToxic senior management are destroying people, not only mentally but financially and career wise. If have a different opinion to theirs and don't roll over and be their puppet they will end your career there.

High-performance business with supportive culture rewarding hard work and career growth.
The good thingsI have thoroughly enjoyed the healthy and supportive work culture at Peter Warren Pty Ltd. Management is consistently involved, encouraging, and invested in your success, which motivates you to perform at your best. The harder you work, the more you are rewarded, particularly from an income and progression perspective. The business offers clear career pathways, ongoing training, and real opportunities for growth. I started as a trainee with no sales experience and have since grown into one of the top salespeople at my site.
The challengesThe role is performance-driven, which may not suit everyone. Success requires strong work ethic, discipline, and resilience, especially in a fast-paced sales environment. The expectations are high, and results matter. However, for those willing to put in the effort, the support, training, and structure are in place to help you succeed. This environment rewards accountability and consistency rather than complacency.

Great culture, career opportunities, and colleagues who inspire and motivate every day
The good thingsMy Team are down-to-earth, approachable, and genuinely willing to help each other, creating an environment where everyone can feel included and valued. Career growth & development, with multiple brands, locations, and departments, there are real opportunities to build a long-term career in our business. Employees benefit from ongoing training, internal promotions, and pathways to move into new roles across the group.
The challengesAs with any customer service roles, we all face challenges from time to time with managing high expectations, navigating difficult conversations, and balancing multiple priorities. Whether it’s handling complex enquiries, responding to customer frustrations, or adapting to changes in processes and workload, these moments can test our resilience and communication skills.

Great company to work for with lots of opportunities for staff to grow.
The good thingsI have enjoyed being able to work in different roles and departments that have helped me grow both personally and professionally. I have met many people along the way that have supported me and helped get me to where I am now .
The challengesLike any big successful company to be recognized takes time and patience and sometimes people don't always get the opportunities they deserve because they might not speak up or make it known that they want to progress. The company has gotten way better at looking more closely into this though by sending out surveys to get feedback from staff.
