    The challengesExtremely poor management that continually state they will have your back and provide support, though in reality they don't and will do nothing to fix major issues at hand. Horrible company to work for. Poor pay for hours of work

    Company is ok to work with but current management is no good for emolyee at all.

    The challengesManagement is very bad, biased . No respect and value to employees and their work. No appreciation of hard work . Management is very bossy. Can not manage staff. Always problematic to staff. Always only asking ,never give back anything .

    The good thingsTeam effort makes it an easy job to do, lots of overtime, awesome managers, us employers got on really great
    The challengesNot By Choice...No Jab! No Job! :( I haven't worked in 3 yrs nearly :( You lose your confidence, you run out of savings :( Having to walk away from the Job I absolutely loved, a week off my 9yrs of service, Peter's Ice Cream, was one of the best Companies to work for, loved my fellow Employees, loved the Staff, and every job I did there, I was so passionate and Blessed to be working there every day.

    It you value culture and work life balance a great place to work.
    The good thingsGreat culture with a focus on teamwork across departments. Work life balance was good with no excessive unpaid OT demands or expectations.
    The challengesThe pay is just not competitive, but if you prefer a happy workplace without expectations of working late nights then maybe its worth it. The benefits such as product sampling is also lacking.

    75% of the team is looking for other options, but career progression internally is next to impossible. Management will do anything including holding orders back to meet next months numbers. This leaves you taking bullets with customers.
    The good thingsEstablished brands that consumers recoqnise.
    The challengesSalary significantly below market, almost everybody pays more. No budget for the basics - literally everything is cobbled together. Lack of structured training by external trainers. No obvious progression with turnover every 3-4 months.

    The challengesBeing told how things should be done by young people fresh out of marketing school. Experience in customer relation-forging counts for zilch. Marketing and "sell sell sell" is everything.

    One is rather forget
    The good thingsThere isn’t a lot of positive things about the job. No work life balance unrealistic sales targets plus no support in the field If a peters owned freezer breaks down and the customers stock is lost the management pushes the sales rep to fill the freezer at customers cost leading to financial hardship to the customer and abuse to peters staff

    A great quality product with a quality customer service model, excellent career opportunities and a supportive team culture
    The good thingsthe people, the culture and the team environment are excellent. the product is exceptional quality and the company cares about its people. there is plenty of opportunity to share your thoughts and ideas whilst being recognised for your contribution. I have never regretted joining the team and believe there is an amazing career for me here
    The challengeslike any company and new role when you first begin, you have to establish your own routine that works. once you have that its great and you can be challenged to grow and develop further.
