A company I will work for until I retire as we are so well looked after.The good thingsPreviously I have worked at another Real Estate Company where i thought it was a really good business to work at as it was my first but needed a change as I wanted to grow within a business and didn't have that opportunity. The one thing that attracted me to Philip Webb is that there is so much growth within the business. From leasing consultant/inspection team, then starting the property management journey where we have different teams you can move your way up depending on portfolio size and how it's managed. They have opportunities in leadership where my second week being at the company i put my hand up for being apart of the future leaders program and they were more than welcoming to allow me to pursuit my goal and starting that leadership journey straight away. We are extremely well look after here at Philip Webb with Salary and the amount of support we have from all of the teams such as leasing, inspections, BDM, compliance admin, admin and management. They are always looking at ways to improve and making all staff members jobs easier and enjoyable. Constant training within the property management department but just not to do with the job, but also personal development training as well. We are constantly checked in with personally and also with our work load, there is a lot of assistance to help out through management and even other team members. To me it was and still is the dream work place to be apart of.

The challengesTo be honest, it's hard to say a challenge when you enjoy every part of the company. You have your up and down days but that's just apart of being a property manager.
