Expect great things. A strong and supportive company consistently looking to improve.
The good thingsI have experienced the culture at Piacentini & Son and they offer a supportive environment with accountable management and career development. As an established firm with a new CEO, I can see how Piacentini & Son are looking to the future in terms of systems development, process improvements, and structural change in order a stronger service to their Tier 1 clients, without losing sight of how they nurture their ever-expanding workforce. Great experience.
The challengesThe exponential growth of the firm has been so rapid that management had lost its way, but with intelligent appointments in senior management across the divisions, this is being addressed.

One of the worst companies I've worked for; promises were made, but little was delivered in return
The good things- The people you work with, make some good mates - Foot in the mining industry That’s it!
The challenges- Pay (can get better elsewhere / no bonuses or rewards) - Management (the way it’s ran is unbelievably bad) - Growth (no opportunities to grow or expand within the company) - Undervalued (feel like a number rather than a person)

Short cash grab, even though it is low wage compared to other 2:1 rosters, becomes painful after any extended period of time
The good thingsThe week off is enjoyable
The challengesThe supervisors each have different expectations, which also differ from the leading hands. No one is on the same page with regards to work processes.
