    Really would leave, if there was a job closer to home.
    The good thingsSome of the students are fab, and my faculty are the best to work with.
    The challengesLack of discipline and backup, from exec and above. Long hours, and reduced prep time. No time to develop the new HSC curriculum in time for introduction to yr 11's
