    Choose wisely, there are better options out there (in every way).
    The good thingsA unique company that offers the chance to work in an industry that is not commonplace. You are pushed to succeed at all costs.
    The challengesPoor management style, general lack of respect for employees, attitude that everyone is replaceable, a lack of respect for employees' personal time and life outside of work, expectation to always be on 24/7, lack of advancedment prospects, rude comments by management, endless drama, and overall a not very positive place to work. Their business model is also not the most ethical in the first place, so you feel like you are just helping wealthy people to get more wealthy, and not doing anything positive for society or those who they are using.

    Two years working for the NSW sales team was great, but i had no performance/salary review during this time
    The good thingsPaid birthday off and also paid Give back day (charity)
    The challengesThe sales team are highly valued, unfortunately the support and admin team are not

    I learned a lot by being there but I wouldn't recommend someone to be there.
    The good thingsLoved the people I worked with. They are very smart and very capable bunch. I enjoyed knowing and having such great friends.
    The challengesManagement changes directions too often. There were a lot of targets and with unrealistic pressure to perform.
