    Profit comes first, customers second, staff don't even rate on their scale of concernsMost micromanaging business I have ever worked for. Asking one thing of you, then move the goal post when you do what they ask and gaslight saying they never asked you to do something in the first place. Nothing you do will ever be right or good enough for them. Zero genuine concern for anyone - not even customers, let alone their own staff. Because it's franchises, some owners would rather the customer leave frustrated and empty-handed than putting in the effort to check other stores so that other owners don't get "their" sale. Four months working for this company did more damage to my health mentally and physically than years with other corporations. Every day I'd arrive dreading the day and end the day crying in my car as I go home. I'd rather be unemployed and broke than ever work for these selfish people.
