    Great job if you're just starting out
    The good thingsGreat perks, lots of training for health and beauty if you're interested and usually training means free gifts from companies. If you like make up and being up to date with new releases in the beauty sector then you'll love it.
    The challengesI personally found moving up in the company to be difficult, the management aren't willing to let internal staff move up in the company unless you want to give up your work and life balance. Pay also isn't great and neither is the block on ever having holidays during Christmas time.
