    Worst possible place to hang your hat.
    The good thingsIf in Device Maintenance you may get the ability to work a decent 4 on 4 off roster.

    I would not recommend this job to others.some employees where helpful and the rest didnt want to do anything to show you or help while working.Management doesnt train you properly just allocates you to other peoples desks and watch them and learn andn expect you to do learn everything in one day and not make alot of mistakes.it is a fast paced enviroment which requires you to be alert of any errors you make and let the supervisor know if you have any issues.The pay is decent and the breaks 👍
    The good things-The pay is decent -Get three breaks -Not a physical job you can stand on sit on a chair to do your work
    The challengesThe management barely trains you and makes you work with the other team just by watching them and learning

    The challengesAntiquated work practises. Primitive equipment all pen and paper. Terrible rude under skilled staff. Management was a farce. High staff turnover.

    The good thingsNone. There was nothing good about this place. The worst place I have worked in my life.
    The challengesEveryday was a challenge upper management facilitated a toxic culture and had no idea what they were doing. HR was even worse they just let it happen.

    The challengesDifficult management. Always pushing you even if you work hard its never fast enough. Double standards depending on the employee, to much pressure to take allocated breaks or you'll be judged. Prosegur only employ Avo's on a casual bases .

    They we’re incredibly informal and never provided me with an induction

    The challengesThey didn’t provide any sort of training other than expecting the other workers to train me but then would just check whether i was competent rather than making sure training was happening. Very much just expected me to know things.

    In my opinion it has been the most trying place to work as every day is made more difficult than it needs to be.
    The good thingsThe only enjoyment I get from working here is leaving at the end of the day.
    The challengesEvery day is a challenge just getting the equipment ( trucks etc) to work so you can at least leave the depot and start your day.

    They over employ staff, under employ those currently there and do not pay standby rates and do everything they can to get around paying any higher rates or allowances.
