    When its good its fine, when its bad you'll question your sanity.
    The good thingsGood pay, good local contractors and people
    The challengesThe corporate structure is extremely top heavy, alot of captains calls are made. The policies and procedures are very wishy washy, and their internal processes for injury management/incident reporting leave a lot to be desired.
