    Worst earthmoving company in Australia.
The good thingsLeaving and never coming back.
The challengesHorrible company to work for. If you are not a part of the purple circle, you are sc um. Managers don't want to work with you on any issues. So just don't complain. No one cares. Avoid this company at all costs.

Worst company culture I have encountered
The good thingsPaid flights and most of the work crew were good people
The challengesManagement showed a lack of humanity. Duty of care was given lip service only. Used COVID as an excuse for massive rosters.10 and one for example.
