    Great organisation with good career development opportunities. A little over the top with rules and process but if you like structure it's definitely the place for you.
    The good thingsFantastic management team and comfortable environment to be in.
    The challengesEndless meetings about everything so as a team leader very limited opportunity to manage your team. Parking in the area is also challenging.

    Great organization to work for as long as your immediate manager is good
    The good thingsI loved working for QML for the short duration i was there. I had a good working relationship with subordinates and management.
    The challengesI had trouble with my immediate manager and it resulted in me looking for opportunities else where. It was not performance related but more off an action by him to replace me with a candidate off his preference. I am aware that since my departure, that manager is no longer working there as the company realized what was going on.

    Great location & most staff were a pleasure to work with.
    The good thingsAs a Network Engineer I was employed to upgrade & improve redundancy in most parts of the network. I was given considerable liberty to offer my design recommendations & implement them.
    The challengesBeing a private corporation (unlike Government), the budget constraints sometimes meant I wasn't able to implement the best possible solution. It was acceptable in this organisation to swear, I do not feel this is professional & I find it offensive.

    The good thingsGreat place to work. Within a year i received a promotion. There is plenty of opportunity and management really support you.
    The challengesFor me personally, i had to work a few weekends which was okay but if i had children it would definitely be very challenging

    It was a great company to work for, great opportunties and opportunities to develope further skills.
    The good thingsworking with great people, also the on going support management provided as well as the on going activities or events put on to help staff morale n motivation.
    The challengesThe many irate customes and trying to educate them on how the tolling system works to avoid the large amount of fees that can be incurred.
