Best opportunity i was ever given.The good thingsWorking at Monkey Mia Dolphin resort was one of the most amazing experiences of my life. I would happily return and work there if I got the chance.
The challengesI believe that if you wish to work and live on the resort, you need to have thick skin. The challenge of working and living with the same people day in and day out can be great, there are going to be people that you do not get along with and others that you dislike with a passion. But you have to be able to put all that aside. Not to mention, what ever happens at work, has to stay at work and not brought into the after work life of the rest of the staff.
