    Raging Waters LifegardsLong and boring during slow days at the start and end of the season. Positive visitor interaction leads to a satisfying happy shift. All Staff from cleaners, Lifeguards, First aiders to Executives were super energetic and fun to be around. I'm definitely reapplying for this coming season.

    Used to be great before change of owners
    The good things- Good team members to work with
    The challenges- Extremely poor management and team leaders who undervalue staff - Shifts frequently cancelled or rostered hours cut dramatically due to weather or poor attendance - Low rate of pay compared to other aquatic facilities - Only open for a very short period of the year
