    The team was good and mostly worked well, some tough times and decisions at the time that created more work and less planning and effectively created concerns, but I appreciated all the team there.

    The challengesOne of the significant challenges that the solar industry faces is that solar panels can convert a tiny percentage of sunlight into energy. The reliability of the solar panels is also an issue, especially in those geographical areas where sunlight is not available in abundance
