The leadership team, particularly Anita and John, are incredibly knowledgeable, approachable, and genuinely care about their staff, clients, and the environment.
    The challengesWhile one challenge during my time at Realmark was the limited opportunities for internal progression, the leadership team always provided invaluable support, and opportunities to develop my skills. This made my experience incredibly rewarding and left me well-prepared for future career growth.

    The challengesReal estate is a challenging industry that may not be for everyone, However, if you are passionate about service delivery and doing something different everyday, it is very fulfilling.

    A great team culture and motiviating environment
    The good thingsThe team culture is fantastic. Everyone works hard, but works together. You really feel part of something great. The team at Realmark are very flexible and it has been a great experience. I would highly recomend this workplace.
    The challengesParking is difficult in Leederville HQ but there are great public transport facilities right on the doorstep.

    Great but also disappointing.
    The good thingsThe brand overall is a great brand to work for. Training provided by head office was always a treat. You will feel motivated after leaving a training course to tackle your day with great positivity, set goals and have the tools to reach your goals however, working for the right office within the brand is the key.
    The challengesI was not fortunate enough to work for an approachable, goal driven office with equal growth opportunities.
