The office is in a depressing part of Marrickville, the building is practically windowless, also depressing, and the toilets stunk.\nThe customer service department was out of control with an endless stream of angry customers, heavily under resourced and under skilled staff and an unsupportive, belligerent owner. There was little hope of ever overcoming the mountain of customer agro that had been generated any time soon. Early on I copped a spray from the boss for no good reason other than he was venting his frustrations so I promptly quit. Life's too short to put up with that sort of thing. Found a new job the very next day and was very glad I dodged that bullet. However, I felt sorry for the staff left behind because they were really nice people working under unnecessary duress. I also felt sorry for the customers who had signed up their businesses and were unable to operate for whatever reason. It was unpleasant speaking with them knowing that nothing was going to happen to help them.
