    Pathetic workplace,worse place I ever worked for.
    The good thingsWas close to home that's about it.
    The challengesManagement style, managers need to learn people skills that goes for middle and upper management they have a stinking attitude if you don't like it then leave not willing to compromise whatsoever and change targets mid month without notifying staff, they do that so you can't reach your bonuses.

    Potential career growth as a technician, however management ruins this as the forced overtime, overworking and empty promises with no pay rises, superannuation is included in your pay be warned!
    The good thingsGood opportunity for growth and great training if under the correct dealer.
    The challengesForced overtime, empty promises from management and them lying all the time. Low pay especially as a technician, no pay rises, super included in pay which is bad instead of you receiving more money when the government increases super they take money out of your hourly wage to subsidise it. Overworking, always at least 10hours overbooked for each automotive brand department every day.

    I wouldn’t want to work anywhere else!
    The good thingsGreat team and general vibe. Management - we have people who listen when we have ideas and appreciate your hard work. Social - darts and nibbles, morning teas for birthdays or reason or excuse to eat! Family friendly - diverse group of Mums and Dads! Flexibily and understanding when it comes to family. Ability to work from home (if the kids are sick and you want to) and to choose your hours. Location - Subi is great! Central! Easy to get to. New modern office space with beautiful indoor plants you would die to have at home! It’s just a great place to be and a great company to work for. Hence why I’ve been here for over a decade!
    The challengesThe only challenges recently faced we’re having the wrong people in the team. Non team players with bad attitudes. Now we have a great bunch of can do attitude people that make it fun and enjoyable to go to work everyday. How many people can say they love going to work! I can!

    The challengesManagement, the car industry itself, organisation, work environment, work location changes with almost no notice, don’t like it then quit attitude! Thus huge change over of staff! Was also sick the entire time I worked there which makes me question the offices cleanliness.
