Don’t do it run while you can.
The good thingsRegular clients. However that is it
The challengesEverything I didn’t even last 6 months there. The worst job I’ve ever had. Work here if you want no work life balance, bad pay. You are forced to work every 12 hour late night shift with no overtime rate. You are forced to work every single weekend with no penalty rates. I had no life never have I felt so depressed. The girls are all full of drama and gossips. No support when I would speak up. Micro managed by head office. Belittled when you don’t reach target. Never was I once reassured i was doing a good job when I would reach target. Very high staff turn over. I gave 6 weeks notice to help out when I left and on my last I didn’t even get a goodbye. You are nothing to them, truely disposable. They are so money hungry and don’t look after customers.

Run dont walk, you work so many hours, you dont get paid overtime or weekends for low pay. Overall toxic work environment.
The good thingsWorking with the girls
The challengesThe whole company itself, micro-managed, poor management/extreme pressure with sales and kpi. Money hungry. Booking back to back appointments to fit nearly every client in

Stress. I preferred cleaning the floors whilst the other team members took the clients in for their sessions. Management barely left enough time in your schedule for a break on a 12 hour shift. No time to drink some water. Client sessions were not long enough for consultation and treatment. Clients leave unsatisfied due to the rush of completing the treatment, aftercare and re-booking appointment. Always behind in client session times. No staff breakroom. Had to eat in spare treatment room.
The good thingsSupport from the other girls you work with
The challengesManagement booking clients back to back for your whole 12 hour shift expecting you to work through lunch break. Not scheduling enough time for appointments so you have to rush and clients were not happy with the service.

    The worst!
The good thingsHonestly nothing. Except girls you work with
The challengesLow pay, no training. Head office micro managing you with everything. Cutting your sessions so short you barely have time to breathe or sell clients anything because you have to rush to the next person. No heath and safety regulations

Perfect job for someone that’s just become fully qualified and are looking to gain knowledge and experience in this industry.
The good thingsTop level training, development & support from head office. Girls and clients in clinic are amazing
The challengesKPI’s can be hard to reach but overall achievable. Work/ life balance isn’t great as you are required to work every weekend and late nights.

So money hungry, if you’re new to the beauty industry, RUN. Don’t work here.
The good thingsThe girls that I worked with
The challengesHead office micro managing everything that you do. You can’t even sit down for a couple of minutes, you must keep busy at all times. All offence to the company they work you so hard as if it’s a sweat shop. You must keep up with sales as well as giving the customer red carpet service. Tell me head office, how can I do my job if you keep shortening our appointments and constantly double booking us and leaving us to deal with upset clients??

Worst laser clinic to work for.
The good thingsThe girls I worked with.
The challengesConstantly being double booked & booked for 5 minute treatments that take 40 mins and drag your whole day behind( by head office), not enough breaks for 12 hour shifts, NO weekend rate. Expect getting frustrated 24/7! Oh and terribly high staff turnover, dont expect yourself to last there more than 2 months.

Worst job I’ve ever had. Would rather work back at McDonald’s. Training is so pore, treatments are poor. Laser machine settings isn’t used at correct jls and spot size.
The good thingsMade a few close friends. Rest were just fake and only cared about making money
The challengesSo much pressure on hitting unrealistic targets. Skin treatments are so poor.

The best job I've had so far!
The good things The most interesting thing about working for Results Laser Clinic is the amazing clients we treat, over the course of their treatments you spend so much time getting to know them, you actually get so excited when you look at your appointments for the day ahead and see their names! You learn so much about them, their lives and their families. Before starting to work at Results I wasn’t aware of all the benefits you have as an employee, such as amazing ongoing support for management, continuous training, and staff discounts on products and treatments, just to name a few! If you are thinking about applying to join the RLC family, don’t think twice! You WILL love it! Going to work won’t be a chore if you love what you do! I genuinely enjoy waking up and showing up to work every morning! I honestly enjoy treating our clients, they are all so beautiful and kind-hearted, especially being a people person, I love meeting people from all walks of life, which is a huge benefit! The top three things I have learnt so far about working for results are, a more in-depth knowledge of skin and laser through our training sessions and online learning, knowledge is power! I’ve learnt so much about customer care, and when you can empower someone by treating their skin and body concerns, nothing can be more rewarding, leaving work knowing you helped someone and made them feel confident is a feeling I can never shake!
The challengesObviously every workplace has its challenges but I can't find many, sometimes clients will be difficult but do not stress, more often then not your management team will take over if needed.
