    deserved better and still up for the challenge to manage a branch.
    The good thingswell in my experience if you rate a person on merit the company would be alot more successful but hiring the wrong people for example i was there 3-4 years and they hired 4 managers at one branch.overlooking the great experience knowledge and reputation that a person has is critical .I was overlooked again im the most experienced in that company or was you could ask me anything and i would answer i have all the contacts and their phone numbers still in my head i could remember a phone number and kn ow who was calling us.And as for knowledge i was the best, if there is anyone better ill go head to head.
    The challengesNever enough stock or the right people projecting stock per area.Pay was another per output and awareness still is not there.
